It can be difficult to decidewhether you should be looking to achieve the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning or go down another route. In 2020 Lowes Financial Academycompleted extensive research with various employers within the financial services sector, to determine which professional body was the most appropriate for professionals within this sector. It was apparent that the qualifications provided by the CII was the most respected and suitable. Employers felt that this qualification better equipped new advisers, giving them a wider range of in-depth knowledge to better serve the client. The Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is appropriate for individuals who would like to become advisers, paraplanners, technical consultants, and for those in financial planning support roles.
