Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning

The RQF Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning is suitable for anyone who is already qualified at level 4, including retail advisers, paraplanners, technical consultants and support staff. The diploma develops on existing knowledge allowing individuals to develop expert planning skills. CII members with over five years’ sector experience can apply for Chartered Financial Planner status on completion of the Advanced Diploma. The Advanced Diploma is made up of one core unit (AF5) and a number of optional units providing a total of 290 credits on successful completion. There is no set order in which you must study your chosen units. 120 credits must be at level 6 and include the core unit AF5. A further 40 credits must be at level 4 or above, and the remaining credits may come from any unit except for LF1.
