Our Services The cornerstone of any good company is the service it offers to its clients. Lowes’ culture revolves around the ethic that we always strive to meet and, where possible, exceed our client’s expectations.

Our objective is to build long term relationships with every client by providing sound financial advice tailored to meet each client’s individual needs. By providing a truly personal service from professionals who genuinely care, we aim to provide peace of mind to our clients. In addition to having your own dedicated contact, regular communication is a vital part of the service we provide, strengthening the basis of trust we aim to forge between ourselves and every client. Each quarter our clients receive a copy of our magazine, designed to keep them informed of topical and relevant financial issues. When it is appropriate to do so, we alsowrite to clients regarding market developments to provide a sense of perspective offering clarification and reassurance based on our many years of experience.

Portfolio valuations can be accessed at any time via our website and twice a year we post a copy to clients accompanied by our Investment Department’s market commentary. In conjunction with correspondence sent directly from the product providers, these communications help to keep clients well informed of movements in the value of their portfolio and the wider investment landscape. Furthermore, every client is contacted at least once a year and offered a financial review to ensure that their investment portfolios and any other solutions put in place, continue to match their needs.
